Fox showed that video during tonights interview. Helpful to Giuliani, they cut off right before this sentence:
And he fits that category, in the same way Justice Ginsburg fit that category.

"But I understand Rudy is preparing to settle the concerns of gunowners ...of which I am one."There is no way, at least in this Universe, Rudy can explain why as Mayor of NYC he filed suit against a few dozen gun manufacturers that accused them of,
- Deliberately manufacturing many more firearms than can be bought for legitimate purposes such as hunting and law enforcement, and knowingly targeting these excess guns to criminals, youths and other persons unqualified to buy firearms
- Deliberately undermining New York City's gun control laws by flooding markets with looser gun laws with firearms that the manufacturers know are destined to be illegally resold in New York City
- Ignoring the illegal practices of gun distributors, many of whom openly engage in the above practices
- Refusing to manufacture safer guns, with such features as trigger locks and "personalization" measures that allow only authorized persons to fire the weapon
Also going to be mighty hard explaining how, even after 9/11 he refused to drop the suit.
The suit had to be nixed by President Bush in 2005. Rudy might have you fooled, but not me and mine.

I just love how the spammer don't want to mention that Reagan changed his mind about abortion AFTER signing the most liberal abortion policy in the country when he was Governor.
And of course, even with Reagan as president, we ended up with two deplorable Supreme Court Judges. And amnesty. And 4 tax increases.

Clinton is a rat. He got the nomination because no one wanted to go against a guy who once had a 90% approval rating.
I am not a Hunterite. I am a conservative. The only "ite" I am is a Levinite. I cannot account for what others have said, so do not claim I am involved in multiple postings of a so called canard.
You like Rudy. That's fine. If you can't take a discussion on the subject without getting nasty,, that tells me that you know there are some weaknesses in his potential nomination.
Don't worry, I have no delusions that the party will not again nominate a RINO.

not every place in the country can or should have the same gun carry laws. the folks here who live in suburban or rural areas, who get into their own cars everyday and go to work, who don't come into contact with alot of people - they don't have the same social interactions as someone getting onto a packed subway or rail train everyday, or walking down a street where you need to navigate to get a clear path on a sidewalk because its crowded.
you don't live here, you do not understand why NYC would be like with 8 million armed citizens. its a stressful, crowded place to live.

I know, but I want him to tell me so.
It is a patently ridiculous thing to say!

You hate Bush, you hate Rudy.
By the way, who is your candidate?

"What's with the Rudy hatefest on FR?"
He's not conservative enough for the true believers.

Rudy looks and sounds good, man oh man! It's pretty bad when they're getting "moist" and drooling all over a bald headed little man with a speech impediment and a nervous tick (the INTERMITTENT EYES WIDENING uncontrollably thing).
Of course, it's this goofball RINO's liberal positions that can't be overlooked by all those true conservatives with a brain.

DO YOU READ THE LAWSUIT YOU POSTED? Here is the reason for the lawsuit:
* Deliberately manufacturing many more firearms than can be bought for legitimate purposes such as hunting and law enforcement, and knowingly targeting these excess guns to criminals, youths and other persons unqualified to buy firearms;
* Deliberately undermining New York City's gun control laws by flooding markets with looser gun laws with firearms that the manufacturers know are destined to be illegally resold in New York City;
* Ignoring the illegal practices of gun distributors, many of whom openly engage in the above practices;
* Refusing to manufacture safer guns, with such features as trigger locks and "personalization" measures that allow only authorized persons to fire the weapon.

NYC has had the same restrictive gun laws (for carry) - for decades.

So do I! I usually don't pay attention to interviews on H&C but listened intently to this one. It is a very good interview.

For posting facts? What is the purpose of you facts other than to support your erroneous conclusion that only moderates can win elections in America?
Republicans lost in 06 for three reasons. Corruption, economic populism and the fact that a majority of Americans think they can wish away islamonuts. Would you care to debate that assertion?
