In the past few weeks, the Democrats have gone wild. The mushy domestic agenda is quickly disappearing beneath a tide of antiwar agitation in Congress. Joe Biden is leading the way, seeking to have as one of the first acts of the new Democratic Senate a nonbinding resolution condemning a troop increase in Iraq. Others want action, not just words. On the presidential side of the party, Hillary Clinton has gone at breakneck speed from being a mild critic of the war to calling for a legislated troop cap and threatening to cut off funds for the Iraqi army. Obama and John Edwards are cheerfully one-upping her by demanding a firm schedule for withdrawing U.S. troops from Iraq. What happened?

Prior to the November elections, many FReepers were blasting Kristol for his predictions. But we have to be fair... he was right. He also predicted that a Dem victory in 2006 will ensure a Republican victory in 2008. Let's hope he is right... but hopefully not with McCain, Kristol's favourite.

Yep, the Dem primaries will accellerate this race to the left, and Repubs should run away with it in 2008. Kristol's predictions have always been better than Dick Morris's predictions ... not that that's saying much.

Dick Morris is a good political tactician, but he's no visionary. Quite frankly, he can't see past next week. One week, he'll have a column praising the GOP for some move they made the past week, and predict that they'll win in a landslide. The next week, the GOP will do something stupid and Morris will predict 40 years in the wilderness. I think Morris' lack of vision that made the 1990's "The Gelded Age", what with the two biggest political figures of this time were Bill Clinton and Trent Lott, both Dick Morris clients and both petty political operatives.
But remember Kerry : the past could chase you.
Record every comment of Hillary right now, send spied among Dems meetings and record what you could hear and see.

Do what the media do to undermine liberals. I'm pretty sure you could have material of Hillary being happy of seeing a report of US death in Iraq.

Antiwar activists have insulted wounded soldiers at the Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington every Friday during two years ! They insulted heroes that fought for their freedom, and yet nobody ever showed records of this felony. If you want to undermine Dems, send people at their meetings, and record what it is saying there.

The Democrat Party has done a pretty good job of keeping its radical left element bottled up over the past decade allowing many middle of the road voters to forget it exists. If the bottle has become uncorked and we get to see numerous obscene anti-American anti-war rallies, the Dems could be in a difficult position. The American public may be unhappy about the war, but they are not going to sit still for flag burning.
As I said before : it should be necessary for Reps to RECORD any flag burning or anti-american rallies during lefties demonstrations in 2007.
I'm pretty sure you could find any. Boston, Portland (real crazy communists there)...
If Hillary goes there to be asked about her program, send someone to record the whole show.
