I'm tired of Rep voters that stay home and give the election to Dem's because they're a one issue voter.

And you would prefer what? Retraining camps? Doing away with voting, altogether?

Like it or not, any adult citizen has the right to vote as they choose -- either for or against or not at all. Yes, sitting at home on election day is a voter's right.

That defaults to the political parties and candidates -- if you want the vote, earn it. If you can't earn it, don't expect to get it by default.

We have had too much default votes in previous elections -- by having to choose between the lesser to two evils.

If you don't like the way the voters voted, tough! This is the manner of our elective form of government.

[The GOP can't even figure out why they lost in 06. So, how the hell do they expect to win in 08?]

It wasn't the Republican voters who stayed home who cost the 2006 election.

It was the 'moderate' who decided that fighting in Iraq just wasn't worth it any more.

Rudy will go soft just like the rest of them.

I agree. That sort of mentality is foolish, and I do not advocate it.

I can't understand someone not voting, either. That said, people should feel free to vote as they please and like it or not (unless there was massive fraud, which is another topic) the people voted and we have to live with it. Republicans and/or conservatives should not being pointing fingers and blaming others IMO, but really looking at why they were not invited back this year. While the brawl is going on and no one is watching , the enemy is is plotting.

Really? Which issue would that be? Rudy's got a whole list of issues which disqualify him for my vote, among them, he's:

-> Anti-2nd Amendment
-> Pro-homosexual
-> Anti-Life
-> Anti-Border-Control
-> Pro-big-government

If I wanted a candidate that believed all that stuff, I'd be a Democrat.
