So how far back does the Free Republic archive articles and how can I go back and find some of the first threads that started the whole thing off ?
It struck me I've hung out for a while and it was well established when I joined.
Be fun to see what we were focused on day one. For me anyway.
It looks like this new century's been rough on many of us.
I've worn out the refresh button on my screen. I'll have to get a new one.
OMG, I hope those interns wouldn't be for HER........LOL.
IMO, live is always best on FR; it's what we do best; and people just get tired of talking about the same damn thing over and over and over.
Don't get me wrong: there are a LOT of people on here that LOVE to beat a dead horse, but the really fun threads -- and the best threads, at least to me -- are the live, ongoing threads where we ramp it up.
Isn't that funny... I don't even remember that.
Life gets tedious at times.

I dunno how I let it happen, I learned from that experience to stick to the generics of "you" when I am not quite sure of the gender of the poster. LOL

And I made the mistake of referring to Howlin as "He" once when someone asked where Howlin had went. Howlin reappeared on the thread and said "I'm a gull". I scratched my head and then it dawned on me. LOL

I'm member 255 and there's VERY few of us who are down in the triple digits. I remember the ASH ALERTS and mixing it up with Eschoir.

I guess I don't see so well anymore. I had always scanned it as rlb3. That's not as bad as caligirl's posts. Every time, I would see it as 'callgirl' and about have a heart attack.
