The most interesting part of the USA Today article suggests that Pelosi's filing of a false report could be prosecuted as a felony.

Maybe Pelosi just forgot ???
Not a good sign for someone in an important situation.
Why should it be covered up ???
Too many slush funds that would come to light if it had to be handed over to someone else??
A bad record for the 'charity' that indicates 'strange' payments or irregularities that indicate its a tax scam with most of the money spent on luxuries for family members or political machinations ???
The libtard media will give it a pass (since its not a republican who did it).

The most interesting part of the USA Today article suggests that Pelosi's filing of a false report could be prosecuted as a felony. It's only a felony if the Bush Justice Department prosecutes, and prosecutions are pretty much reserved for Republicans like Scooter Libby.

"prosecuted as a felony"
I thought they had to be out of office before criminal charges could be brought.

The most interesting part of the USA Today article suggests that Pelosi's filing of a false report could be prosecuted as a felonyDon't worry, USA Today won't go too far from the plantation, they'll either come up with a rebuttal or at least "soften" the report in the near future. I don't expect any less of our MSM.

I will hold my breath for that to happen.
Dems have a free pass when it comes to felonies.
She will say that she was unaware that she had to make this disclosure.

Operative word being, "could."
She would only be proscecuted if the letter (R) followed her name. Ex: Nancy Pelosi (R)California, then she would be prosecuted....however, a (D) follows her name, so she gets a pass....
