I believe the problem was that Rush had prescription medicine in a name not his own.I understand it was in his doctors name. Was the doctor ever charged with anything?
Given the fact that he was under Court supervision for his previous drug problem, I don't see how he had grounds to sue.
Violation of privacy maybe, but I'm not a lawyer.

FYI, the DA is a Republican...

Part of the problem of who buys sex is who sells sex and who's sex they are selling. Some like to pretend it's a "victimless" crime, but that's windowdressing for libertines. Eventually it turns into trafficking in women and children for sex.
Tolerating prostitution leads to tolerating slavery.

...or is transacted in public...
At $10,000 I bet they were inside somewhere and not out in public.

For the religious and philosophical issues, I'll refer you to your clergy, since I'm nowhere near articulate enough on the subject to sway you. I just know it.
In any case, prostitution is still ILLEGAL, guys.
Don't like it, try to get the law changed :)

Yeah, but O'Reilly, Hannity or Beck, would be considered TV/radio hosts. Since it just says radio host...I think you could rule them out.

Today when the the story about the trillium at the WPB courthouse was first posted, the title said WEST PAM BEACH but the mods fixed it after a few minutes.

Wow!
Someone gets arrested for paying a woman for sex.....when he/she could just buy them dinner, buy them jewelry or clothes, or a US Savings Bond and it'll be legit.
It may be the the world's oldest profession....it's also the smartest. Ya sell it. After ya sell it, ya still got it.
Perfect.

No way. If it was Dr. Paul, he was probably paying some babe to push his wheelchair!! He spoke at my oldest's college graduation eons ago--and he wasn't a young man then--by any stretch!
