I believe the problem was that Rush had prescription medicine in a name not his own.I understand it was in his doctors name. Was the doctor ever charged with anything?
Given the fact that he was under Court supervision for his previous drug problem, I don't see how he had grounds to sue.
Violation of privacy maybe, but I'm not a lawyer.

I think that was for the Viagra and, no, the doctor wasn't charged with anything because it turned out that what they did was legal under Florida law.
