Sorry to hear of Cali's troubles for I know her well; she even eventually permitted me to pet her as I dropped by to help on some outside projects. You are a great "mother" to your pets so I know it's hard to see them pass on... first Oliver, your favorite dog, and now it seems Cali may be getting ready to say farewell. You and she are in my prayers for I remember when my big kitty collapsed beside me as I sat reading in a chair.

Good morning to all!!! I am feeling particularly warm and fuzzy today because I finally got my cast off after 8 weeks yesterday. But whooboy does my hand hurt. Any suggestions on strengthening exercises for it?

I broke my wrist in two places while walking this little angel:

I'd ask the doctor..I have only broken my knee and had to do exercises while still partially casted..It was a long rehab..decades ago.

Try doing gripping and releasing excercises in a warm bowl of water.?
