How to report to Immigration against someone who lied to get into this country

Hi All, This is my first post. So please excuse any mistakes.

I wanted to seek some advice from Freepers as I always see them kind enough to approach for an advice.

I recently discovered that a guy who murdered a fellow student at an Indian University is living in Bay Area California happily. Most probably, he may have lied to immigration regarding his criminal background and probably had even lied to his employer regarding any prior arrests in India.

I would like to seek your advice what would be the best way to pass this information to Immigration officials as this guy "can" be a potential danger since he is closely associated with Hindu fundamentalist organization called ABVP.

Best Regards, Kiran.

I have dealt with this organization in my engineering days. I was running against one of the ABVP guys in college elections.

Yes they were loosely linked to BJP but extremely crude, obscene, violent and power hungry. Gave BJP a bad name.

If there is proof, go ahead and report to the INS as well as to the local law enforcement authorities. If true, ensure that he gets jail time here before he is extradited to India.

If you are for "real", then all you need do is go to the FBI web site (fbi.gov) and they have more than one way you can contact them 24 hrs of the day.

No doubt, they'd be interested in this...if true.

What are you talking about in your last paragraph?

Do you need proof of how Hitler is loved and praised by the Hindu fundamentalist groups? You may want to be careful with your choice of words. Otherwise you might exhibit ridiculous amount of ignorance!

Here is one reference for you about Hitler and his popularity among Hindu fundamentalist groups -

http://communalism.blogspot.com/2006/12/hitler-trendy-tyrant-in-india.html

....
`Hitler, the Supremo'

In Gujarat, textbooks have praised Hitler's leadership abilities, fascism and the Nazi movement. Until recently, state social studies textbooks have featured chapters on "Hitler, the Supremo" and "Internal Achievements of Nazism." The textbooks have been changed slightly this year but still barely mention the Holocaust.

This is the same state where Hindu-led riots led to the deaths of more than 1,000 Muslims in the spring of 2002. Several investigations blamed the state government, led by a Hindu-right political party, for permitting the riots.

Bal Thackeray, the founder of Shiv Sena, a Hindu fundamentalist party based in Mumbai, has openly praised Hitler and said he was willing to wipe out troublemaking Muslims. Shiv Sena's secretary, Anil Desai, said Thackeray liked Hitler's leadership abilities, not his attempts to exterminate the Jews.
