Hi All, This is my first post. So please excuse any mistakes.
I wanted to seek some advice from Freepers as I always see them kind enough to approach for an advice.
I recently discovered that a guy who murdered a fellow student at an Indian University is living in Bay Area California happily. Most probably, he may have lied to immigration regarding his criminal background and probably had even lied to his employer regarding any prior arrests in India.
I would like to seek your advice what would be the best way to pass this information to Immigration officials as this guy "can" be a potential danger since he is closely associated with Hindu fundamentalist organization called ABVP.

I would imagine the best bet is to phone the INS and request a private meeting with the local director, where you can deliver the information confidentially.
I know nothing about reporting illegal aliens to the INS but I think you have a hilariously cool screen name. Having visited India I know that you are proud to assume that name in the US.
When you have more time and less stress you must educate use on this organization. Are they an international problem or strictly a problem in India?

BTW, how much did your commie friends pay you to say all this. Your terming of ABVP as a fundamentalist organisation itself reveals your political identity as being a supporter of either the commie parties or the left-leaning, muslim-appeser Congress party in India! and ABVP is a youth wing of BJP, a major political party in India. They are not a terrorist organisation and they have not been put on any such notice by Indian or US security agencies. So if you planning to make a complaint against this person solely based on his membership of this organisation, then forget it.
But if you really have information/proof about his crime, reporting to local cops or INS is the right step.

Hi, I am neither a commie, nor someone receiving payment from commies as you claim! I am a low caste Indian student who had attended school with this guy. ABVP is Akhila Bharatiya Vidyardhi Parishad- a student wing of Hindu fundamentalist party BJP that has a long record of harassing Indian low caste hindus that convert to Christianity.
And regarding the prrof of his crime, yes I do have proof of his crime and conviction. He was convicted of this murder in 1994 and was serving in Musheerabad central Jail in Secunderabad,India. A local BJP MLA has got him out of prison through his political connections in the corrupt Indian system.

ABVP is student/youth wing of BJP which is a major right-wing political party in India! BJP is seen as Hindu fundamentalist by lefties in India just as Republican Party is seen as Christain fundamentalist by the Democrats here!
So a right-wing party that stands for the welfare of the majority of India, who are Hindus, is suddenly fundamentalist but commie parties and Congress (the party presently in government in India) which are muslim-appeasers are supposedly 'secular'!
Well then since you have proof, I suggest you pass this information to INS or the local cops. Unless he declared his record of previous conviction in India in his US visa application, he is clearly in violation of his visa terms.

You cannot equate Republican party to BJP. People from republican party do not kill low caste citizens unlike the BJP and ABVP does. People from Republican Party do not destroy churches or prevent low caste people from worshipping in Churches unlike the BJP brahmins do in India.
It is unfortunate that the website you mentioned is sugar coating ABVP. As recently as few months ago, they have murdered a Professor in Madhya Pradesh State. Please read -

And now for something completely different.
You can any label you want to BJP. The fact remains that they are the only party in India that looks for welfare of Hindus. I am not saying we should all kill muslims in India but I would certainly not support commies or muslim-appeasing parties like Congress. So BJP is the only alternative that will protect my interests by not favouring muslims.
Well if ABVP is involved in that incident, the people involved should be brought to justice, no matter to which party or organisation they are related to.
BTW your commie friends or muslim-appeaser Congress party are no saints either. They are involved in 1984 Sikh roits, supported the massacre of 1000s of Hindus in Kashmir at the hands of Pakistan-backed muslim fundamentalists.
Who is talking about Muslims? I am talking about some one from BJP/ABVP, a murderer entering this country by lying to immigration authorities and therefore trying to seek advice on the same.
