How to report to Immigration against someone who lied to get into this country

Hi All, This is my first post. So please excuse any mistakes.

I wanted to seek some advice from Freepers as I always see them kind enough to approach for an advice.

I recently discovered that a guy who murdered a fellow student at an Indian University is living in Bay Area California happily. Most probably, he may have lied to immigration regarding his criminal background and probably had even lied to his employer regarding any prior arrests in India.

I would like to seek your advice what would be the best way to pass this information to Immigration officials as this guy "can" be a potential danger since he is closely associated with Hindu fundamentalist organization called ABVP.

I read your link and a couple of articles linked there, the ABVP does seem to have a violent streak.

They also seem to have a great deal of concern for the welfare of Unions. Are they mob (organized crime) related?

Hey I told you already. I am neither a commie nor a member of Congress party. I am simply a low caste guy from India born into a Hindu family and converted to Christianity after moving to this great country USA where Freedom is FREE for a low caste guy like me unlike in India.

You could take this to the FBI. Falsifying immigration documents is a Federal Crime.

If this guy is a fugitive from India perhaps you should contact the Indian Embassy in Washington D.C. Tell them you know the whereabouts of the murderer. They may want to extradite him.

You might also contact the local police and tell them about the man. They can search to see if there is already an extradition order for the murderer.

They are not really a mob. They are a violent Hindu group masquerading as a Students Organization. They sympathize a great deal with Hitler in their local chapter meetings. You have to be a member for a long time and should gain their higher leaders' confidence before they allow you to participate in their high level confidential meetings about eliminating Christians, Killing/Harassing/torturing low caste Hindus converting to Christianity.

A couple of years ago, BJP/ABVP activits did not even let go of Dr.Staines from Australia. They killed him simply because he was living a good Christian life and helping others see his faith in action, working hard on his own along with his Australian wife treating leprosy patients in the State of Orissa.

If you are not happy and treated improperly in Hinduism, then its good you converted to Christainity, congratulations for doing something about it. and if US gives you the freedom you want, once again, congratulations for making the transition.

I cannot comment on the political situation in India, knowing little about it. I do welcome you to FR and appreciate that you are concerned for America. I would follow some of the advice given here to contact the FBI. In doing so, I would stick to the facts of the case regarding the possible fraud this individual has comitted in entering the US. I would not bring Indian political parties into the equation as has occured in this discussion, as they are irrelevant to US law and will only "muddy the waters" of your argument.

The FBI will no doubt discover these facts on their own. If you bring it up it will appear as though you are political as it did to An_Indian.

Yes, Hindu fundamentalists were involved in killing Graham Staines and his 2 sons. Despite being a Hindu, I do not support this act of violence against a people of other faiths. The criminals have been brought to justice with the leader of the mob being awarded death sentence and others got life imprisonments.
