Posted on 01/05/2007 6:11:59 AM PST by ctdonath2

With Pelosi coronated, it's time for her to execute her promised 100 hour plan.

Please post links to articles indicating the progression of that 100 hours.

Nancy Piglosi and her maggot infected Gay Frisco/DC Nancy Boys want to wish every back stabbing CINO Freeper, who helped her to power last November, “Happy Year!”

"I, Nancy Pelosi, do solemnly swear to tax the sh** out of every American to the greatest depths of their wallets, and to spend it on a diversity of perverse issues."

Nancy Boys was suggested by a few Freepers. It works for me.

Gay Nancy Boys are now in charge of the House.

Drudge is reporting that the first day of the 100 hours has been canceled.

So much for the get-busy-5-days-a-week claim.

Pelosi has now, as part of the critical first 100 hours, banned smoking near the House chamber.

Really important - yeah.

Great way to make friends there.

Ah, now we understand: the 100 hours to-do list is timed only when Congress is actually working on the to-do list. If not working on those things, the clock stops.

We were led to believe the 100 hours started when the legislative session began. We'll be understanding if the 100 hours does not include non-work hours (sleeping, eating, etc.). BUT ... to cancel the first day because some members will be at a football game that evening? to stop the clock when working on something other than the "100 hour todo list"? Uh-huh ...

From http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070112/ap_on_go_co/counting_the_hours :

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (news, bio, voting record), D-Calif., was touting a plan to push six bills through a Democratic House in 100 hours or less as early as June of last year. She's reached the halfway point — in fewer than 20 hours, according to her count.

But just as the official clock for a basketball or football game stops for time-outs and commercial breaks, Democrats aren't counting the minutes spent on business unrelated to those six designated bills.

So while the House has been in session for almost 48 hours since the 110th Congress was sworn in Jan. 4, the clock on Pelosi's Web site says only 17 hours 48 minutes have elapsed.

I wish someone would either walk up to Bela and bite that wagging finger of hers or cut it off. (Sorry -- I'm in a testy mood today -- it is dark, rainy and dreary here!)
