What Did Saddam Hussein Write on His Hand?

I was running a PVR (Personal Video Recorder) of the live coverage of the Saddam Hussein execution on FOX News Cable. I noticed they were playing some video from his trial, where he’s holding up one of his hands – I notice he has scribbled personal notes on his hand with a Sharpie pen.
This aroused my curiosity, since (embarrassingly) I have at times found myself without a notepad and have scribbled personal notations on my left hand to note down some important information such as a phone number or other.
I reran the video and took a snap of this image, Saddam Hussein holding up his hand, the hand full of scribbles.
I zoomed up on his hand.
I couldn’t see exactly what it was, some Arabic writing and such. I zoomed in closer, which didn’t help much. And then . . .
My God.
I think I can see something – Roman script – and,
. . . my God . . . it looks like is says:
“Please Call Jesse Jackson”
