You may be able to find a channel that carries it by downloading PCShowBuzz. It's a one time payment of $29.95...no monthly subscription. There are channels from around the world. I'm sure there is some country out there that is not so squeamish about showing live executions.

That's why the transfer hasn't happened yet. They're waiting on confirmation they can execute him on their holy days. Once that confirmation comes, you'll see the transfer. I would imagine that the answer will be coming soon, if it hasn't already.
