Hazelnut pound cake? That must be the one I make with hickory nuts. This is one of those off years for hickory nuts so I won't be making one this year.

Oops! I did say hazelnut, didn't I? I've never had hickory nuts, and I'm thinking about hazelnut-flavored coffee, I guess. I actually use pecans - I roasted them and then ground them up very fine and put in the batter this time. It's yummy!

Hi, GeeBee, really glad you like the new ornament. It's only "work" if it's not enjoyable. It did get easier though after the first few. I had so many flowers and Christmas garlands and stuff on my "desk" to cut up and put together!

Thank you, jaycee. I really do like to create this stuff. I tell my husband, the pc is sort of like an easel, only there's really no mess to clean up. If I don't like the results, I just delete and start over. :)
