Peugeot have introduced a new 2.2 twin turbo HDi diesel engine to the 607 range. Using sequential twin parallel turbochargers, a world-first on a four-cylinder diesel car, the new diesel engine produces 170bhp. The price, excluding works, is E53,305. At low engine speeds, just a single turbocharger operates. It is then supported by a second turbocharger, which starts to operate in parallel between 2600-3200 rpm, according to the applied load and atmospheric conditions. Standard equipment on the new version includes includes metallic paint, laminated side windows, a JBL Hi Fi system, a six-disc CD auto-changer, electrically-adjustable front seats with memory and folding rear seats and rear parking sensors. Theres also a cornering stability control, cruise control and speed limiter, eight airbags, and bi-zone climate control. Windscreen wipers and headlamps are operated automatically and there's also motorised boot actuation. The new Peugeot 2.2 HDi twin turbo engine will be available on the 407 saloon range from January 2007, retailing from E40,505 ex works.
They do make damn good engines...I won a Peugeot in a pool game when in school, drove it for four years with no problems.
Funny, car has 10 speeds in reverse and one very, very low gear for forward motion.

That's your favorite? You are rude.
And you have no sense of humor. To each his own.
ROFL! That's a classic!
Wasn't it Patton who said I would rather have a German division in front of me than a French one behind me.
Bienvenue d'encore, mon ami!
