President Bush will hold a press conference this morning at 10 a.m. Eastern time. He will be making a statement on Iraq.

President: We're going to win. We're going to succeed. We're not succeeding nearly as fast as I want, particularly in Baghdad. When I speak, I'm speaking to the American people, of course, and know how tough it is and will work with military and political leaders to develop a plan.
