A private laboratory hired by the prosecution in the Duke lacrosse case failed to report that it found DNA from multiple males in the accuser's body and underwear, according to a defense motion filed today. The lab, DNA Security of Burlington, found that the DNA did not match the three defendants, their lacrosse teammates or anyone else who submitted their DNA to police, including the accuser's boyfriend.
The new evidence emerged in thousands of documents handed over to the defense in October.

This is a typical Gretta irrelevancy. The child will not be related to Evans, Finnerty nor Seligmann. If it were, it would be evidence. It won't be so it is irrelevant.
Why Gretta even bothers to report this is beyond me? I know people are interested, but it is really beside the point.

You have to think about how it plays to the jury. I bet that there could be some jurors who will still believe the baby was a product of the make believe rape if that is what Nifong intimates.
What it does say is that very soon after this make believe rape, the FA had sex. So much for trauma. The whole train of facts are so clearly against a rape ever having occurred, it must be only Nifong's conceit that keeps this thing going.
Third child could easily be early. Plus somebody who has the FA's life style is likely to give birth early. All is speculation until we hear the facts from the hospital - if we ever do.
