You have to think about how it plays to the jury. I bet that there could be some jurors who will still believe the baby was a product of the make believe rape if that is what Nifong intimates.
What it does say is that very soon after this make believe rape, the FA had sex. So much for trauma. The whole train of facts are so clearly against a rape ever having occurred, it must be only Nifong's conceit that keeps this thing going.
