BELLMEAD- A four-year-old hugged his teachers aide and was put into in-school suspension, according to the father. But La Vega school administrators have a different story.
Damarcus Blackwell's four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.

There's a real possibility this was sexual. It's what happens when you start teaching sex-ed in preschool.

What is the statue of limitations on this? when I was in second grade Mrs Reid walked by my desk when I bent over to get something out of my storage space below my seat. When I came up you guessed in - right into the middle of a pair of legs under her skirt. I can remember it like it was yesterday and not 45 years ago - it made an impression.

LOL! I have a four year old grandson. He often buries his little face in my bosoms. All he knows is it is a soft place..and a safe place. Esp when his mama is fussing at him.

Blackwell wrote to administrators demanding that the whole incident be expunged from his son's academic file ... Ut oh. It's in his Permanent record.
It does seem awfully blown out of proportion. In School Suspension? Yea, that will set the four year old kid straight. Draw attention to it.
