James Kim, missing in Oregon, found [dead].

Just heard on CNN Headline News he was found. Rescue personal saw flashing object and found him. No word of his condition.

God bless his family and these searchers. We can be thankful the wife and children were savedm but this is very sad.

It is sad, but at least he died trying to do the right thing-hindsight is 20/20.

Plus, he apparently helped write a message in the snow which the rescuing helicopter saw.

No, they didn't find his family because of him, but by leaving his family he was trying to increase their chances of survival. He died trying to save his family.

He passed. How sad.

Terribly sad. I can't believe how emotional I am over this. Poor guy should have stayed with his family, even if they all perished, better to go together. I lost my husband suddenly, but my son was a teen. I can't imagine being in these circumstances with 2 little children.

Everybody calm down.

This guy tried to valiently to save his family and paid the ultimate price. While you sit in your warm house with computer in hand, you know not what happened - so your opinion is just that.

Pray for his family and leave the snide comments aside.

I'm beginning to believe he left all those articles not to help rescuers find him, but to help searchers recover his body.
