I just don't get it. The excitement over the gender or race of a candidate when MLK pointedly said, the "content of character" is one of their mantras. Talk about cognitive dissonance. These MSM people are overly-paid, pandering idiots.

Is there something wrong with me? I'm a woman, but the idea of a woman president or a woman in any job doesn't automatically make my heart beat faster. I have no doubt a woman could perform well. Look at Maggie Thatcher! I just don't feel that politics is the women against the men. Am I the only one who just doesn't care about the sex of the candidate?

Two more years of this crap. Then, horror of horrors, she might get elected. Isn't our nation fortunate that two self-serving bast__ds like the Clintons would insist on running for President?

I still take hope from the 2000 election. The guy she ran against was a nobody, who showed up to the party almost a year late, and who's only platform was "Hey, I'm not her". He still got 45% of the vote.

I think that she'll self-destruct in the spotlight of a presidential run, ala Howard Dean. There enough media out there that's NOT in favor of her, so that some scandals will come out and NEED to be addressed. It'll be something that everyone understands...Maybe Cattle Futures. Enough people understand the market so a story like that would have legs. It's hard to paint yourself as a common person while taking six-figure kickbacks.

That is, if she even runs. I think that Dem party leadership won't let her. You want to energize the Republican base? Run Hillary. I Dislike John McCain intensely, but would vote for him if Clinton ran. Hell, I'd vote for an AlGore/Kerry ticket over Hillary Clinton.

"Sen. Clinton hasn't even been to Iowa or New Hampshire..."

Indeed. I'm certain she is afraid of what she will find there.
