I am very moved by all of your thougts and prayers. She left us too early and she was a real gem. Thank-you again for all of your engagement.
I know how hard it is to keep up the prayers so let's let her go.
Thanks again.
Best to you all.

I'm so sorry. I thought I had posted a prayer for your aunt on this thread earlier, but I don't see it. I'm just so, so sorry to hear this -- and I hope you will share with us any info you find that might be helpful to the rest of us when facing hospitalization.
Please take care and gather ye some {{hugggsss}} while ye can. May your aunt Rest in Peace.

Same here we changed all our care in writing to by pass local hosp and to take us directly to the "pro life" private Catholic Hosp in the valley.
Of coarse for immeadiate life saving care you go where you go but transfer asap to our hosp.
(doc are often contracted with local hosp. so it is up to the patient to advocate and tell the doc no fill in the name hosp and the docs are usually very supportive to those who advocate for their own care)
Prayers up for your aunt.

We concur. Kidding of coarse but I have more faith in the exp of our local vet (20 yrs as the pet family doc) then the over priced contract "week end" drs in the local ER.
To: groanup
May God comfort you and your family as you grieve the loss of your aunt, in Jesus' name.

You all are wonderful. Don't let your old relatives go see a doctor or go into a hospital period. It is the kiss of death. Yes, they do good things too, but if your relatives are viable and have good senses and relative abilities DON'T let them go into a hospital. I have FOUR close relatives who have not survived the hospital and they would have lived longer if they had not gone in.
