Rush Limbaugh Live Thread Thursday Nov 9, 2006

Let me see if I get this last propaganda spin lie fed to the Junk Media by the Democrats right. After the worst sort of slime bag gutter politics and demagoguery for the last 6 years suddenly we are all suppose to play nice since the Dems finally managed to lie their way back into power?

I do not think so.

They think they run things but believe or not, President Bush has a veto pen and we still have more then 40 Conservative Senators to filibuster with.

They need to get along with us. WE can stop anything they want. Let us see if Democrats are stupid enough to forget that fact

We lost a battle, the war goes on.

Doesn't it amaze you how liberals can't contribute anything to a discussion beyond bumper-sticker slogans? geez

Plus Romney is not hard on the eyes at all... I think he "looks" very presidential....but he is a Morman...do you think that would matter?

Right On!

While others were sweating, carrying the water, Savage predicted what woud happen if the borders were left open, if we did not turn lose and fight to win the occupation, instead of managing the occupation.

No wonder Rush and Hannity listeners were shocked when the results came in.
They were lead down a false road with rosey, not credible opinion.

Lott would be a disaster in any capacity of the Republican leadership. He practically invented Republican spinelessness.

Last night on the drive home, I was in talk-radio limbo (because of sports preemption) and only had Savage to feed my addiction...after a few minutes of the most incomprehensible talk radio I had ever heard--I decided to go cold turkey.

I agree. What we need for the next go round is a strong SOB (and not McCain who is basically a crazy SOB).

For me, no. I think for most people, it should not.

But the media will scream about it. It depends on if he can cut through the religious bigotry of the media/Dems and make it a non-issue for voters.

Being Catholic didn't keep John F. Kennedy from being President...Romney being a Morman wouldn't bother me in the least, but I would be curious how the Baptist south would react.

Now I'm torn between nominating Bolton to be head of the RNC and Michael Steele being head of the RNC. Perhaps they can be co-chairmen?

OK. I'm out. I can't stand anymore of Rush today. 20 minutes hit my limit.... Bye.

Have a nice life. We don't care if he pisses off people more interested in sticking knives in their own sides back then working to win in 2008.

The truth is that those Dem coservitives are going to strain bigtime under "Mama's P. " thumb and could end up if they cannot stand the heat, jump ship or do a Sen. Joe simply change parties.

Ask your stupid commie-freak friend what is our "Exit Strategy" for Bosnia or Kosovo ("We'll be home by Christmas" Clinton said)? Korea? How about Japan or Europe? Will they admit these wars were under DEMOCRAT administrations and we STILL HAVE TROOPS THERE? What about the fact that Johnson lied us into Vietnam war (I know JFK sent troops but your DUmmy friend won't)?

The Dems do not have too. When they ran the Senate in President Bush's 1st term they force sunset provision into the bill as their pound of flesh for letting it pass.

They simply have to do nothing and taxes go up.
