INDIANAPOLIS -- All of the votes cast in Marion County still had not been counted as of early Wednesday afternoon because some voting machines had not been turned in to election headquarters.

The county's Democratic Party attacked County Clerk Doris Anne Sadler for what they called her mismanagement of Tuesday's election, 6News' Derrik Thomas reported.

Democrat Chairman Ed Treacy compared the county's election troubles with what used to happen in Soviet bloc countries.

Sixty-six regular voting machines were not returned to election headquarters as of noon Wednesday, and none of the electronic voting machines was returned, Thomas reported.

The outcome of the state House District 97 race and three township races hinged on the missing election data.

I was wondering what you meant

You would have a hard time getting people to dip their funner in ink. I certainly wouldn't do it.

IMO Indiana (the HOOOOOOsier State) is doing a fantastic job of eliminating fraud....In-fact, there are many states, if you'll read all the threads in "repository" that are making progress.....Indictments, convictions even.

Don't know if you got all the way down to my original thread, posted in the 04 election. It lists the state, links to the threads and gives a synopsis for some.

Since that time, I've just added "repository" to the keyword link. Feel free to do the same, but please also ping me to the article so I'll know what is happening.

"We had our chance when the GOP had the House, the Senate and the Presidency. They did nothing about it."

In thier Defense, Republicans were attacked by a hostile press every time they did try to do something about it!

Remember, Asking for ID is Racist, as Dean claimed after Indiana's 2005 election. Now Dems have found another way to steal votes. ABSENTEES, and STEALING the vote machines!

Liberals CLAIM Voter Fraud, because they cannot admit defeat...

We PROVE Voter Fraud, and have jailed HUNDREDS of Democrats for it over the last few years, and the MEdia simply ignores it, and parrots whatever thier Lib friends make up...

BINGO.....IMO the Bloomington and Indianapolis incidents are examples of how desperate they have become. The Voter ID law and computer system that has been put in place makes in very difficult to cheat their past ways.....Trying to find new ways to "enhance the vote"!

That was in Bloomington, Indiana/Sodrel's District.

And the race was close enough that it could mahke a difference...

"They automatically turn off at 6:00 pm. Can only be used if a disc is inserted."

Inner-city Districts here had a glitch with those handicapped machines. They WERE NOT set to the correct time, and didn't shut off until 8PM..

"Our Man Mitch, is getting lots of little things done! IMO He should toot his own horn more!"

Agreed...
LOTS of things are changing here since he became Gov, and most of it for the good.

But for the time change episode, there was NO REASON to vote Democrat here...

Each County here has it's own trained technician. If there is a problem they are legally liable....How does it work where you are?

They need to put an end to voting machines IMO. Go back to old paper ballots. All the investments in new machines has just promoted more fraud.

The margin is too great for them to change things, but this is still a huge embarrasment.

There are some people that would have their mother/father/wife axed just to get ahead/acquire a position of power.
