DC Metroland weather report ~ Today...Occasional rain ending this morning...Then a chance of rain this afternoon. Highs 60 to 65. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph...Becoming northeast 10 to 15 mph this afternoon. Chance of rain 80 percent. ~ Tonight...Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain. Lows in the lower 50s. North winds 10 to 15 mph.

Ok, this looks like fun, but I must admit that I am in a bad mood today. Waking up to the nasty traffic and the election results in Maryland, really pissed me off. So, I will not be good company today. In order not to put a dark cloud over the Canteen, I will not be in the Canteen much today. Unless I discover I've won the lottery and it puts me in a better mood.

Time for me to make my rounds. Got a few pings to answer. But, you stay right where you are. Don't touch that dial. Don't change that channel. Put down that remote. Don't leave the room. Keep your eyes on your monitor. Cause...............I'll be bock!

btw, my kid sister is an old friend of Sissy Spacek's (they were 2 of 8 HS cheerleaders together.) and Sissy said that she KNEW "she had arrived as a STAR" in "hollywierd" when she asked for a DP & they sent a PALLET-load, AIR EXPRESS,from Dallas that same day to her!
