FReepers need to get pollwatching credentials (from any area GOP campaign), move around on Election Day from poll to poll, have cell phone in hand with the phone number of your STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS number already programmed in, digital still or video camera if possible to videotape the "perps". This will help stem the tide of fraudulent electioneering, etc. at the polls. I do this every two years, and have successfully chased DEM Chicago machine operatives out of the northern Cook County area when I caught them red-handed, handing out campaign literature to shuttle buses of old people being dropped off at the polls from their assisted living residences.
JUST DO IT PEOPLE!

Yep. Just as Fox News is saddened that their favorite, Ford, is losing. Reporterette practically in tears.I betcha Ford becomes a Fox commentator after he leaves the House in January. ANOTHER person who will cause me to change the channel (Wesley Clark and Marvin Kalb and that Kennedy kid being three others).

I think VA started getting called for Kerry on the basis of exit polling. The numbers just didn't make sense and Brit Hume knew it. He waited for actual precinct numbers to start coming in, I think. The exit polls had some kind of a problem. I don't remember that it was satisfactorily solved. The problem with that IIRC is that some countries use exit polling to compare with real voting to prove that voting results are not fudged. This gave the appearance of impropriety of real voting results. That seemed to set up the argument that Dems are more routinely using all the time now about voter fraud.

Which reporterette is that? I wonder what Ford will do. He really had his eye on the WH. I can't believe he will give up that dream so easily.

Thank you for the needed statistical adjustment. The pools have been "cooked" and you probably have it right.

Insider information, indeed!

If I was polled by an exit poller, I'd flat out lie. Why should I tell them how I voted? I hate the whole concept. Voting is supposed to be PRIVATE by nature.

An Allen win is absolutely CRUCIAL to holding the Senate.
If the Republicans can't hold an INCUMBENT seat in a relatively conservative state like VA,,,,against the likes of Webb---they really ARE in trouble nationally.

Because that info is used and slanted for MSM agendas. It is also pertinent as it can depress supporters and/or encourage opponents--after all, many LOVE to jump on a bandwagon of a winner,,,,and jump off one for a loser.
There IS a bandwagon effect--all pollsters (conservative and lib) agree on that.

Survey USA was based on only 741 likely voters. Sorry, not a big enought sample to convince me.

LOL - actually I'd respond in German. The pollster might be more likely to know Spanish than German. I wouldn't give him/her that option ;-).

This year, after voting I've got to go to the hospital for a procedure so I won't be able to poll watch but my friend will be filling in for me.

Survey USA is a shill for the hezbocrats.
They had Maria Cantwell beating Mike McGavick in Eastern Washington state. Pure delusion.
