What a wonderful, important mission. Our troops deserve better than they've gotten from so much of America and the world. I hope the Democrats (and other assorted left-wing nut jobs) choke on the publicity that this trip will generate. Even the MSM will have no choice but to acknowledge the Gold Star Families' historic tour. Oh, no doubt they'll spend more time airing Cindy Sheehan's predictably hostile and self-important reaction, and then brushing this off as "the last-ditch efforts by a desperate GOP to sell the war in Iraq," but they'll be nervous. I fully expect the "Melanie Morgan must be codename for Karl Rove" investigation to begin almost immediately. I LOVE it!

Yes, we should.

I find it remarkably odd that major American cities, which are largely run by liberal democrats, have higher annual murder rates than troop casualty rates in Iraq, and the Rats think we should listen to their opinions on how to fight a war.
