Im sure Im not the first one to consider this, but I have yet to read it anywhere else. The recent revelations that CNN worked directly with terrorists to obtain video of a terrorist sniper killing an American soldier and that Ted Kennedy tried to undermine our foreign policy by colluding with the Soviets during the cold war makes me curious. Is it possible that the media and the Democrats objections to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is rooted in the possibility that they would be the ones caught by it?
It's worse than that. They don't even feel they have to hide their actions . . .
Seems like that's a great argument in favor of it based on what we have recently seen.

They are just using anything they can no matter how flimsy to get Bush.
The congress cannot limit the powers of the executive...unless the pres is a republican. At least they can try. If creating a huge firestorm out of nothing works then they will do it.
I do not remember anything like this happening under clinton.
What about all those FBI files that still haven't been returned.
Talk about domestic spying.
Yet the media is silent.
