A judge under fire for dressing down deer hunters has more problems: Prosecutors filed a complaint, saying she knocked 10 years off a sex offender's sentence without telling them.

Separately, a Web site has been created urging Lewis' defeat in the Nov. 7 election. It directs visitors to a videotape and audiotape of her berating two men about deer hunting.

If such a change "can not" be done, then what legal mechanisms exist to enforce the law, practice? Appeal?

Something somehow someway has to be done to stop the out of control activist judges in this nation! They have too much power!

The liberal and RINO perspective:

Animals are human.

Fetuses and children are not.

Maybe if the Hunters sodomized the deer the judge would hold them in higher esteem!

Wow! The video reveals this woman to be a clone of Saddam Hussein while presiding in this court.

When she asked the hunter if he had seen the beating heart of a deer, he shoulda replied that yes, he had seen it, as well as the beating heart of a steer prior to slaughter, & did she like steak?

Then, she detains & questions a disgusted onlooker, only to stop him from replying to her questions, since she did not like his reply. And, when he further protests, she puts him in a holding cell.

Democracy, justice, & public service, if I ever saw it. /sarc

Send this woman back to the country club. And when she gets a DUI (bound to happen, she's drunk with power now!), throw the book at her while speaking to her as if she were garbage.

"...Not only that, but people who think that they won't get justice from the courts will simply go the vigilante route. And believe me, it won't be pretty..."

A good book on this subject is 'Unintended Consequences', by John Ross. I highly recommend it.

I'm not an advocate for vigilantism, but there are far too many activist LEOs, prosecutors, and judges, plus rampantly hungry lawyers, who hide behind a thin veneer of 'laws' that protect them.

All it would take is a temporary breakdown of 'law enforcement' for say, two weeks, and some old scores might get settled!

If, for example, the USA were to make war on Iran, we'd probably find out pretty fast, just what the muzzies were storing in their mosques in Dearbornistan, Chicagostan, New Yorkistan, etc., and everybody, including law officers and citizens, would be packin' heat, and takin' care of business! After all, we, the citizens, are the Militia, as our founding Fathers intended.

Could be interesting..............FRegards

Maybe it isn't too early to check out our MP-5's while we're casting our votes at the local armories Tuesday. Kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.

I only remember Tim McCoy from some B&W movies on TV in the 50's, Eastbound, and those memories are gittin' foggy.

Stay well, pal................FRegards
