They reported the same thing on the radio station that I am listening to. Kerry did NOT apologize, he simply stated that he had apologized, he said that he had said that his statement was a botched joke, but he really never said, I'm sorry. The guy can't do it.

I was on the phone and didn't catch the exact words. KFI said he apologized even though he said yesterday that he wouldn't. I'm not crazy. Who else heard KFI?
