I just spoke with the American Legion. This "sort of" backhanded apology is not acceptable. I'll do the story.

Oh, yeah... Dr. Laura. I forgot that her son is in the service now. I'd like to see her and her black belt take on pansy-boy face-to-face.

Day 1-Attacks the troops and their familes at a televised Rally.
Day 2-Holds a Nationally televised Press conference refusing to apologize to anyone.
Day 3- Calls a left wing radio program and mutters "Of course I'm sorry the joke was botched"

I'll do the story. If that isn't enough to fix the headline on this story, why bother with a new one?

I didn't hear her comments yesterday at the beginning of the show, but read here that she was MAD! (Justifiably so!)
She WAS "testy" for quite a while during the show ...

Good Lord. Anyone who votes Democrat hasn't considered just what that means.

Cool! Dr. Laura has a huge audience. (I personally don't listen because she's on opposite Sean, but a lot of people do.)

I was wondering what John Kerry's favorite military man General Shinseki thinks of all this???? Hmmmm?
He has invoked that name so often, I assume they are fast friends and the good General will defend him.
Waiting..........

They are trying to sell his mea culpa for a "botched joke" on Imus as an apology to our troops for slandering them. Sorry Kerry, it ain't gonna fly.

That's a bunch of crap.
He did not apologize to the troops. He apologized for sucking at telling jokes.
APOLOGIZE TO THE TROOPS, KERRY!

"Of course I'm sorry about a botched joke. You think I love botched jokes?" Kerry said
If there's an apology in kerry's above statement somewhere it's either written in invisible ink or I no longer understand the English language. No matter how many ways you twist or spin it, any hint of an apology is absent.
kerry is living proof that money can buy you enrollment to a top college/university and entrance into a military academy but it can't buy you brains.
His disgusting ignorant outburst, under the veil of a sick so called joke, demands an apology immediately on prime time national TV to all our troops, the President, Tony Snow, Rush Limbaugh and last but not least to every American citizen, followed immediately by the announcement of his resignation from the U.S. Senate. Anything less from this commie traitor should not be accepted.

John Ziegler of KFI was the one who broke this story, in the first place. He was all over it minutes after John Kerry made his "joke" (which, even if was a "joke" reflects what JFK actually believes.)

Interesting. I noticed other koolaid drinkers from the Kerry Kamp came to his defense long before Kerry himself did. Spin, spin but no amount of water in this rinse cycle will cleanse the damage done.
