If Kerry's statement is unanswered by Bush, the MSM will make Kerry look like a hero. I would expect Bush to say that Kerry is free to criticize his prosecution of the war on terror, but he should not resort to demeaning our men and women in uniform -- ever! He owes them an apology, period.
The last time someone openly defied our president like this was when Chavez spoke at the UN. Bush has to answer.

The problem with your solution (IMHO) is that, due to the
dinosaur media being on the DNC payroll, Kerry WON'T
be left swinging slowly in the breeze.
The story will simply be dropped, as all malfeasance
by democrats is. It is PAST time for the President
to fight back against the gross anti-Americanism of the rat party.

oh hell yes you do. Make Kerry eat those words of selflessness and treason. And make every democrat
running for office on november 7th comment on camera.
Dubya is about to replant the flag of Iwa Jima right in Kerry's ass.
To: vamoose
Agreed. Offer himself as a punching bag but condemn Kerry for insulting the troops.
To: Fishtalk
According to Kerry, Cindy Sheehan's son was a stupid uneducated moron.

Yup. Any Dem that hesitates or responds with a DNC talking point is toast.
To: babygene
Watch and see... How many times has Bush had an opportunity to nail the other side, and pulled his punches? And how many times has Bush ended up winning? Is there any possibility that he knows something you don't?
To: bert
Yup. Play to win...don't play not to lose.

LOL! One good thing about this election season is that you DSUmmie trolls are coming out of the closet. Another good thing is all the people there are to laugh at.

>I derive great pleasure watching Kerry squirm!<
I doubt that Kerry has the grace required to respond in this way. In other words, his ego is so eats his brain.

"Maybe the White House (aka Toney Snow & Rove) has decided to keep this one alive."
How about something like this....Mr Rove, tell the Prez he is free to use any of this material if he wishes :)
My fellow Americans, yesterday and today, John Kerry, A U.S Senator has insulted our Military and their families. And today he has refused to apologize to those fighting men and women which to me is a complete disgrace to the office he now holds.
That is precisely why this election holds such significant importance to the well being of this Great Country. We have a vagabon group of democrats who see no concern for our Military let alone the security of our Country. If we let this attitude prevail,we will have lost the momentum we now have in Iraq and against the terrorist who harbor ill will to all Americans. Please join me this Tuesday and vote for National Security and the safety of this Country...VOTE REPUBLICAN!

Every time J. 'F'n' Kerry opens his mouth this close to an election, it's proof positive that the destiny of the United States is watched over by Almighty God.
