Why is it that the AP always assume that the President is waving at the press when it is more likely he is waving at the rope line who are watching him depart from the White House.

Glad the president is trying to control the border, but I just don't think a climbable fence is the answer. Like I saw someone post...we need to cut off the goodies that illegals get when they come over here.
