Does the WH do this radio/tv blitz every year at this time?

Have been away for a few days on a short vacation in northern NM. Will share a couple of photos before the show starts. These were all taken on Saturday morning (no environmentalists around to complain about the smoke)
Leaving the Chama valley (NM) with the last train of the season. Thirty-two car freight to go up and over 10,000 ft. Cumbres Pass in Colorado.
For you ladies, the engines are old (1920's) but the engineers are not.

I never heard him use the word "faking".
