He said he went off the meds to show his disease on the Ad, and/or "he is an actor", for impact.

I never heard him use the word "faking".

Rush said it yesterday then apologized. He initially said Fox was deliberately acting because he had never seen him that way. After being bombarded with emails that Fox had made appearances that way (likely without meds), Rush apologized. Didn't listen to him today to see what was said.
