So you want answers, eh? Not satisfied with the CNS report?
Ive got answers.
Theres a new book on Ronald Reagan making the rounds, The Crusader: Ronald Reagan and the Fall of Communism. Its author, Paul Kengor, unearthed a sensational document from the Soviet archives. That document is a memo regarding an offer made by Sen. Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts via former Senator John Tunney, both Democrats, to the General Secretary of the Communist Party, USSR, Yuri Andropov, in 1983. The offer was to help the Soviet leadership, military and civilian, conduct a PR campaign in the United States as President Ronald Reagan sought re-election. The goal of the PR campaign would be to cast President Reagan as a warmonger, the Soviets as willing to peacefully co-exist, and thereby turn the electorate away from Reagan. It was a plan to enlist Soviet help, and use the American press, in unseating an American president.
Think about that.
I received a review copy of The Crusader on Wednesday. The book first references the Kennedy plan on page 206, and includes the complete Soviet memo, dated May 14, 1983, in the Appendix. Its an eye opener.
If the proposal is recognized as worthy, then Kennedy and his friends will bring about suitable steps to have representatives of the largest television companies in the USA contact Y. V. Andropov for an invitation to Moscow for the interview. Specifically, the board of directors of ABC, Elton Raul and the television columnists Walter Cronkite or Barbara Walters could visit Moscow. The senator underlined the importance that this initiative should be seen as coming from the American side.
Just, not the senator himself. Because collaborating with the leadership of a foreign state to unseat an American president, by whatever means, could be seen by Americans as treasonous. No fingerprints, thats the rule. Who knew Reagan would win and then defeat the USSR, so this document could see the light of day? The Kennedy KGB memo runs about four pages. If theres an honest liberal left in the country, it would be nice to have their take on this revelation.
No "probably" about it. It is what happened.
I was being kind. We lived in the DC area at that time. I was in the Navy Reserve, and we went from heroes of the Cuban Crisis to scum. We couldn't wear our uniforms to the reserve meetings or when we went on our two week active duty.
I couldn't believe what was happening to our country. Now about 40 years later, I look back and see how our country was manipulated by the Kennedy's and other rats in Congress with the full time help of the MSM.
Wow, this is a bombshell!
Holy crap!
And then, on further thought, nothing surprising here.
And the people of Mass will still continue to elect this particular low-life, and other members of the clan.
Probably the handle of either the hammer or the sickle.
Perhaps the Russkies have been blackmailing Teddy with this memo, lo these many years.......
BTTT
If it is true, the "offer" by kennedy was probably an offer to help spread communism in the US, just as the democrats seem willing to spread forced islamism in any effort to apppease enemies.
Now...can someone explain to me why Papa Bush awarded Ted "The Red" Kennedy the "Distinguished American" award at his presidential library three years ago? You can't tell me that he and the current president don't know about this offer to the KGB, and yet they do sickening things like this award.
"Perhaps the Russkies have been blackmailing Teddy with this memo, lo these many years......."
Blackmail by the KGB back in the 1960/70/80's is a definite possibility. Who knows what terrible secrets the KGB had on Kennedy and would have used if he hadn't led the "Get out of Nam" bs in the 1960's.
There is no doubt that Putin would use a letter like this to control Kennedy in today's world.

Fat Teddy the Traitor
Well-played!
This is beyond the pale. It just goes to show that dems cannot be trusted with national security.
The people in Mass will re-elect him anyway, at least by 80%.
Or Ronald Dellums letter to Grenada:
Grenada Connection
In 1983, U.S. forces liberated Grenada from the grasp of Marxist-Leninist dictator Maurice Bishops New Jewel Movement after determining that a huge airport then under construction could handle the Soviet Unions long-range bombers. Dellums denounced the action, claiming that the invasion was "nothing less than a crime against humanity, planned and executed by people who deserve to be condemned as war criminals."
During the invasion, U.S. troops discovered tons of Grenadan documents confirming the communist nature of the Bishop regime. Included was correspondence with Dellums office. In 1982, Dellums had traveled to Grenada to, he said, get "an overview of the military questions and concerns of the United States as well as an objective assessment of factual information regarding Grenada and the building of the new international airport."
A copy of the congressmans report was found among the cache of documents found in Grenada, along with minutes of a New Jewel Movement Politburo meeting on December 15, 1982. At one point, the minutes assert: "Ron Dellums: His Assistant - Barbara Lee is here presently and has brought with her a report on the International Airport that was done by Ron Dellums. They have requested that we look at the document and suggest any changes we deem necessary - they will be willing to make the changes."In other words, Dellums agreed to let the communist government of Grenada edit his report before he submitted it to the committee chairman.
U.S. forces also retrieved a letter sent to Bishop by Dellums aide Carlottia Scott. In the letter, Scott told the Grenadan communist dictator that the congressman:
"is really hooked on you and Grenada and doesnt want anything to happen to building the Revolution and making it strong. He really admires you as a person and even more so as a leader with courage and foresight, principle and integrity. Believe me, he doesnt make that kind of statement often about anyone. That only other person that I know of that he expresses such admiration for is Fidel [Castro]."

Thanks for the documentation and refreshing our memories about Killer Kennedy.
