CNN Airs Terrorist Sniper Killing US Soldier Del Williams

October 19, 2006

CNN aired a terrorist sniper killing a US soldier. They blacked out the screen when the bullet hit, but that did not stop the sound or description that they went on to share.

According to CNN, “The graphic video of 10 sniper attacks was obtained by CNN -- through intermediaries --from the Islamic Army of Iraq, one of the most active insurgent organizations in Iraq.”

Are critics correct in their assessment that CNN is full of terrorist sympathizers? Well, after their report on “In the Footsteps of Bin Laden,” there might be a case.

Why did the terrorist feel confident in sending CNN the footage? They did not just receive one tape, but multiple; all confirmed in the validity of the actions that the sniper took.

One of CNN’s analysts called the sniper attacks the most effective thing they have seen. “The deadly tactic is one the U.S. military also uses to take out insurgents”, according to CNN. They seem be telling them how good they are at using our strategies to kill our men.

Whether someone agrees with the war or not is immaterial. The point is that some people have the audacity to kill our men and send our news organizations the footage to show of it. That takes a lot of chutzpah for any enemy that America has. It takes even more for an American owned company to broadcast.

I know that there is freedom of the press, but has CNN ever heard of decency? Do they think because they are “Friends” with the enemy that that will stop them from kidnapping one of their journalists? Perhaps it was just a showing to beat the competition, but maybe the competition has enough class not to show an American being gunned down by a terrorist.

When the reporter and his sniper buddies get blown up by a Hellfire missile, CNN will complain that the US military is targeting journalists.

I just e-mailed them and it was not pretty.

Next, I'm calling Dish network to cancel CNN, Headline News and TBS.

They truly are the equivalent of Al-Jazeera. No thanks.

Find out when this CNN sanctioned terrorist propaganda was aired, then find out who paid CNN for advertising before and after it's airing and then write a few letters.

i don't mind them obtaining those videos..means the DoD now has them too. One of the guys in my unit had a sniper round miss him, but barely a week back. So, let them give the news media videos. We welcome it.

CNN the house of "unvarnished truths", bullshit, they have an agenda beyond truth. We should hold them to the fire, give us the unvarnished truth all the time on everyone and anybody. They can start with the Clintons.

I agree....it isn't a surprize to the DoD.

But....It isn't just the idea cnn has the videos.

With all due respect for you, your buddies and all your families.....

It's the glee they show and seemingly try to, "twist the proverbial knife into the gut of our President and Commander in Chief"... attitude.
And the fact, that it is the culmination of their anti-war propaganda they broadcast.

I was a teenager when the Vietnam War started, and the news casts were full of soldiers being killed.
The numbers were solemnly given each day....
Even then, I thought they loved telling it.

As a conservative child, I dispised the media, for their overt dis-like/dis-trust/and dis-respect, for our military.

It was not news.........that the network news, sought to lose the war, or diminish the soldiers and their families, or to bring down the "establishment"...among other things.
Everybody I knew, thought it.

And that thought has not abated to this very day.

The pot-heads are still trying to "bring down the establishment".

That's why they should be run out of business.

BTW....God bless you and yours...

Much honor and respect to you and your buddies in arms!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!! ;-)

Because of Liability issues I am reluctant to post email addresses here...but they are easy to find....the FCC has them right out there for all to see...and Time/Warner can be contacted through their Investor Relations email address.

What I want to write might get me banned. But if it's we the people ****ing, ****ing, and/or *****ing journalists, I don't think their 1st amendment rights will be violated. The media IS the ENEMY.

If you watch CNN International, its as anti-American as Al Jazeera. It's time to boycott these disgusting little b@st@rds.

If CNN had a tape of an American sniper killing a guerilla, they'd be demanding the sniper be tried for war crimes.
