"Air America has filed for bankruptcy, but another liberal radio network appears poised to see if the concept can work if done with others in charge.

Nova M Radio, Inc. based in Phoenix, Arizona officially announced the formation of its new progressive talk radio network, which will feature former Air America host Mike Malloy as one of its on-air personalities. The network is scheduled to debut October 30, just prior to the November elections.

Anita Drobny and Sheldon Drobny, co-founders of the Air America Radio Network along with partner Dr. Mike Newcomb, CEO & Chairman of Nova M Radio, are the principals of the new network."

They should pour money into it and absorb it through their ways from otherwise worthy causes. This exhibits as before the priorities.

Maybe there's a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen out there that could spare a few bucks.

It's not like they'll get a choice about help the kids or help Air America II and let the poor minority kids eat dog food. They'll let the poor minority kids eat dog food.

Or, biased towards the right. Anything other than total opposition to Republicans and glaring reports about Dems is perceived as "biased" against them.

Of course the new network will be a commercial failure. But if the launching of "Air America" be any guide, the new launching will give liberal reporters (I'm being repetitive) another excuse to give them a million dollars in free publicity. My local rag, the Chicago Libune, "Lewinskied" the old founding and Al Franken, with multi-page columns about how brilliant everybody was and how it would sweep the nation.

It is like the cheap furniture store. It goes out of business and opens the next month under a new name.

It does take the air out of the Chapter 11 filing of AirAmerika.

Look for them to convert to chapter 7.

I think the left have in fact established themselves as a nich market for leftists who would never listen to Rush. An intelectually unreachable class.

A smart businessman can make money off liberals if handled properly with the right advertisers. (ie criminal defense lawyers, tofu burgers, un proven hybrid cars, hemp clothing, vitamins) Of course that businessman could not himself be a liberal.

I put forward it is like apple's 5% of the market to the ibm/windows 95% of the market. (or would that be linux home users to everyone else.)
