I have a colleague that is good Friends of Mr. Blackburn. From his first hand accounts, this is on of the few truly committed politicians. He loves his country and understands and accepts servitude on behalf of his constituents with a flamboyant propensity to lead them. Values based and morally guided, he has Ohio's best interests as his own.
I hope he wins.

I simply can't listen to Sean on the radio,he sounds like he's sucking helium. But is there another conservative celebrity out there who does more for the cause? Not to my knowledge.

Sean does more road trips to meet his listeners than anyone else and to spread teh conservative message, although I think Hugh Hewitt is on his heels.
Hugh was here in Colorado yesterday and interviewed all the major Republican candidates running for office on his radio show. Today Hugh is off to Ohio and then Pennsylvania to interview more Republican candidates and to help encourage conservative and/or Republican voters in those states.

Sean is best when he's on the road. He can get the crowds in a frenzy of patriotism.
PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE FOR BLACKWELL!!!!!

Hope Blackwell is getting more support in the central and southern part of the state than up north. I live and work in the Cleveland suburbs (some lean GOP, most lean DEM) and have seen lots of Strickland signs, some Brown signs, a handful of DeWine signs, and zero Blackwell signs.

Most important thing is to get challengers to work the polls. The dems have voter fraud on their mind. They know that Ohio can be stolen if they're in charge in 2008.

I'm in Dayton: overwhelmingly Blackwell. I'd say, at least four to one, and that's more than double the Bush/Kerry ratio of two years ago. We're doing lit drops and hitting 2/3s of the houses. So, yes, there is a north/south split. Nothing new about that. Just get out the vote and don't worry about the idiot Dems.
THEY CAN'T BEAT DEWINE OR BLACKWELL IF WE JUST TURN OUT THE REPUBLICANS. We have the numbers. Jay Cost has shown that over and over.

We just visited relatives in Medina, and I saw quite a few Blackwell and DeWine signs. It surprised me and gave me hope!

I strongly support Blackwell for Ohio Governor, but it would seem that Ohio's country-club GOP does not.
Is he receiving substantial financial support from state-wide and national GOP? Here, in SE Ohio, there's no sign of Blackwell or his campaign, even on the local GOP party offices front windows (where all the other GOP candidates have their banners.)

I won't be able to attend the rally in Blue Ash, but am looking forward to supporting him at the Greene County GOP headquarters Saturday at 10:00AM.
