I don't. I was a bit surprised to hear him say that, but, then, I guess I shouldn't have been. He's a fair-weather Republican who likes to hear himself talk (too bad no one else does anymore). I used to rather like him. Either I've wised up or he's dumbed down or both. He comes off as such an elitist - blecch!

Thank goodness! I actually don't think there are many of those types on FR (thankfully!)

Kerry's presence today reminded us again why we voted for Bush. Some people still have Kerry bumper stickers, still on their vehicles. Everytime we see something about Kerry, we are glad he is not President.

Any mention of Ford lying and pretending to be a lawyer, despite the fact that he did NOT pass the bar?

No doubt Timmy brought that up! NOT

I agree, but I know I'm impatient and want them to fight back NOW. We all know, President Bush is a man of great patience, and presumably those working around him are as well. Rove and Melmham have been laying low (or at least not getting much on air time). Mehlman was on Wolfie this morning, but was inundated with questions about Foley; I was watching Dean, but all I heard was incompetent, incompetent, incompetent and had to turn the channel. If Wolfie was any kind of a real journo he would have turned that incompetence right back to Howie and ask him if he was just projecting his own party's incompetence. But alas, Woffie is nothing but a democrat shill and his show is pretty hard to watch.

So0unds like he's doing fairly well! Since there's a large seasoned citizens (as Rush calls them) population there maybe he should go to nursing homes, senior centers, etc. (though I'm sure he's stretched thin and time is short)

I saw this flowchart earlier in the week. I was shocked to see one of his sons is a Republican. What is that about?

I don't know why the Pubbies don't say they want an Ethics Committee hearing on it

A minor defense of the pubbies on this.  First, most of them are out of town as the Senate isn't in session and it's campaign season, even for the two thirds of Senators not up this time.  They'll be out working for colleagues or congressional races in their states.  The other thing is that if they have called for hearings I just don't think the DBM will mention it.  They're intentionally playing down the Reid thing and will ignore all but the most outlandish things dealing with his land deal, or probably any Dhimmicrat scandal, for the next 3 weeks, at least.

On top of that Dingy Harry is making himself scarce.  That didn't help with the Foley case, the DBM and dim hit squads just shifted their sites to their real targets, the Republican leadership, who had done nothing wrong.  But the Republican leadership was mostly in town or available where they were.  The Dhimicrat leadership isn't being asked question one about Reid yet.

The DBM will continue to ignore all news that might be negative for the Dhimmicrats.  Unless we do something about it.

"Is Kristol living in a different dimension from the rest of us."

I think so. I also think he's become an elitist and probably likes to think of himself as a maverick (like McCain)

The MSM reported the other day that Warner dropped out because he has a bimbo problem. Wonder who let that out of the bag?

3 guesses:

Bill Clinton
Hillary Clinton
James Carville

Oh, okay. 1 guess: The Clinton Machine

Not sure they are behind it yet...but it sure looks suspicious! I can't believe what you just told us all here about what is going on down in your old district!

you wrote:

"They are such sicko babies that they throw trash on the Church Property, deface the Building, and throw Condoms in the Fountain. That is the Gunzburger type voter, activist, and there is no limit to their destructive ways."

(Just shaking my head in astonishment)

AAA’s Meet the Press Thoughts
Filed under: Miscellany — By: Andy Aplikowski —October 15, 2006 @ 10:31 am
We saw the real Amy Klobuchar today. The one that when backed into a corner with her own words, claws and scratches the eyes out of people who are simply quoting her. She became noticeably bothered when quotes were read to her.

1) She said that there was no social security for illegals in the Amnesty border bill.
FACT: It was in there, and then some.
Refundable tax credits, Medicaid, Social Security, Medicare, Food Stamps, Child Nutrition funding, Compensation for error, Supplemental Security Income, Unemployment Insurance, and Student loans. CBO (For more see yesterday’s posts, 1 & 2.)

2) She completely dodges the question regarding the 5700 minnesota families who make more than $200,000.

First, she didn’t change the amount. I noticed a while back that there were versions. One was $366,000 and one was $200,000. Obviously she has been misleading people that she would only raise it on those making more than $366,000. Russert said it more than once, the $200,000 amount. When she did finally start to speak after how she feels about raising taxes on 5700 Minnesotans families, she went into how it was part of her plan. Billions here. Billions there. etc etc.

3) Klobuchar displayed her unreadiness for being a US Senator. She clearly can’t handle having to just plain say yes or no. When casting votes in Congress, you do not have the luxury to only vote for half of the final version.

4) Iraq, she’s all over the board on this one. She doesn’t even know what her stance is anymore. She wants out, she wants to win, but doesn’t want more troops and wants them out. She wants to put troops in neighboring countries so they can go back in to Iraq if things go badly.

In my mind Amy Klobuchar really hurt herself today. She seemed like a typical liberal who can sit back and throw partisan bombs all day, but the second their own words are read on air before them, they fall apart.

More to come soon….

She seems to think she can win on the strength of "Being Hillary" and sending out Bill and her other minons to trash anyone who runs against her.

Wait until next year when CREW and other organizations get into full swing to investigate and ruin (like they did Tom Delay) anyone in the GOP who is considered a strong opponent against Hillary.

What I truly don't understand is why NYState would send her back to the Senate when everyone knows she is going to spend the next two years running for President.

here goes nothing:

I wrote this to you all last week(just didn't send it)....since then, much has come to light! My stuff has been sent to the FBI and Hastert's office from a (you'll love this).....KINKOS....lol.

However..the FBI has my real name and all relevant info, should they ever give a damn.

But this much I have ready to go tonight. Please excuse the typos, the somewhat disjointed format, etc.:

Dear Fellow Freepers,

Many of you have written and asked me to let you know what my research into the whole Foleygate has revealed and I think it is time to put it out there and let you folks decide. Whether or not it is later to be discovered as a piece of this Foley Scandal, IT IS STILL EXTREMELY DISTURBING! When several Freepers brought up blogactive.com the first day the scandal broke, I went there to see what it was all about. It disgusted me the minute the first page opened and it was obvious this man was a vicious little gay blackmailer and extortionist! After reading through the site and doing some googling around with his name, MR. MIKE ROGERS could be nothing but the prime ‘suspect’ in this whole affair. As most of you know by now, he admitted as much. So while the really good freeper’s were getting to the bottom of the immediate questions, like who were the actors, who sent the emails and instant message and who knew what and when, I was still trying to google Mike Rogers into the bottomless pit of the internet….lol. A fellow freeper( who doesn’t want to be named) sent me a link to Mike Rogers resume online and that was what really got the ball moving in a more focused direction.

Here is what I discovered:

Bill Pinyon (gay) and Ferrell Ard (gay) own/run Badpuppy.com, a multimillion dollar per year gay hardcore porn site.

Bill Pinyon and Ferrell Ard also own/run Softec Systems, which is the server for Politics1.com (left/liberal), Gunzburger.com, HillZoo.com (Congressional Staffers), and the Congressional Club website (for Congressional spouses).

Could the owners/operators of Softec Systems, both openly gay men making megabucks selling hardcore porn on their internet enterprise, BadPuppy.com, have access to their clients’ (at either site) private information and/or communications?

I think Warner has an understanding with Hillary. Avoid the bruises of a primary, don't enter the fray attacking Hillary from the right, and she puts him on the ticket as VP.

The problem is I think Hillary will make that deal with lots of people.  All but one of them will be betrayed, and maybe all of them.

In my mind she's even less ethical than her husband.  He simply lacks any ethics.  She actively seeks out means to be unethical.  He has a sexual compulsion.  She has the compulsion to betray.

President Bush HAS NOT signed the Secure Fence Act yet. It is H.R.6061 and is the one that will be signed in the next week or so in a major event.

The bill signed in Arizona Oct 4 was H.R.5441 October 4, 2006 President Bush Signs Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act

The Klintons will destroy anyone who gets in their way.
They have the FBI files ready, if needed. They will continue to play the Bush hatred card. They will continue to polarize and poison politics making the networks and talk shows more money.
