Doesn't Japan already have the 3rd largest Navy in the world?
Only limited by their GDP, which is, well huge?

"Communist North Korea accused Japan Wednesday of gearing up for war . . ." And developing nuclear weapons is not "gearing up for war?" One characteristic of a totalitarian leader is to act as of there should be no accountability and no consequence for their actions. There will be lots of consequence for N. Korea's actions.

Communist North Korea accused Japan Wednesday of gearing up for war
Oooohhhhhkay, let's review:
North Korea Japan
Just Conducted Nuke Test X
Ballistic Missile Testing, July '06 X
Dictator Rules by Military X
People Starving To Death X
Threatening To Nuke U.S. X
Global Drug Trafficking X
Yep, sure looks like Japan is gearing up for war!
(Those f**kwits running North Korea's propaganda operation have NO idea of just how stupid they are)

Japan will block N. Korean ships from entering ports, to impose additional sanctions
Earlier N Korea said any naval blocade/sanctions will be an act of war

Go get 'em, Japan. Time the despots of the world learned some lessons about unintended consequences and the wisdom of prudence.

IIRC, Fox said today (on the Chiron?) that South Korea was preparing for "Atomic Warfare," or something like that.
