It is very serious. These people have been brainwashed back to a Ghengis Kahn mentality.
Is there any doubt whatsoever that they intend to use their nuclear weapons.
They are at war with us and now have at least one nuke. Why are we not bombing them now while we still can?

North Koreans in general are very undernourished, and have been for years. The Army tends to get good rations compared to the rest of the populace, so if these are the best specimens, you get an idea of how bad it is.
