The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked enforcement of a state law that requires voters to show identification and would-be voters to submit proof of citizenship when registering to vote.

The general election is Nov. 7, The law had already been used for the Sept. 12 primary and in some municipal elections.

State Atty. Gen. Terry Goddard said he would appeal.

"Thunking" is not one of the 9th Court's habits.

***How do we get the 9th Circuit judges OFF the bench?***

There's 3 ways:
The 1st is impeachment, the 2nd two are illegal.

9th circuit declares: "It's unconstitutional to enforce the law."

You elect a Conservative President who replaces the old Marxists with Conservative justices when they retire.

And that also the reason the Rats are trying so desperately hard to advance the notion that it is really the Republicans that are engaging in vote fraud.

This is a damned outrage. This is our country, not the 9th Circuit's. For almost 69 years I have played by the rules, spent 12 of those years in the military. I have had legal credentials all of my life, and have had to show them at the polling place many times. Traveling outside to this country I have had to have proper documentation as to who I am. I have not once objected to those rules. They were put in place to protect us from fraud. Now this court is begging for fraud, and telling those of us who have obeyed the laws of this land that we are suckers, who have no right to expect to keep what we have worked for all of our lives.

Screw them. Hopefully this nonsense will stop, but not with Pelosi, Reid and gang. They hunger for illegal votes coming their way, and their lapdog court continues to oblige them.

You demand that CONgress does their job!!! Contrary to popular belief, judges are NOT appointed for life, but during good behavior.

When they thwart the will of the people, bastardize the Constitution and act as judicial tyrants, that is NOT good behavior. It is way past time for CONgress to begin impeaching these rogue tyrants.

It was voter fraud, dead voters, multiple voters, illegal voters and lack of documentation that allowed Gregoire(D)to steal the governorship from Rossi(R)in Washington State. There is no way the Democrats want to reform the elections process or have an honest vote.

And yes Washington State is in the 9th Circus.

Sick.

"Poor" people can't scrape up $50 a YEAR to pay the license/ID fee? Give me a BREAK!

That's what this ruling is, I'm sure. It's for "fear of disenfranchising the financially poor voter, that can't afford an ID".

Where's the puke bucket?

If picture ID for voting cannot be justified then no photo ID's can be justified anywhere.

No more drivers licenses.

No more university ID's.

No more badges at businesses (violating individual rights),

Meanwhile, here in NJ when I go to renew my driver's license next month, I have been informed that I will need to present MORE identification than just my expiring license

Just move to Mexico, renounce your citizenship, and come back to the U.S. as an illegal. You can get a matricula consular within 48 hours, get a drivers license in 2 dozen states, and get a mortgage from at least 8 banks who do so. You're credit and any criminal record will be wiped clean, and you get a fresh start. Just take a few Spanish lessons first. You will also get job hiring preferences, you children will be put ahead of other kids for admissions, and there are government handouts and free healthcare as well. And since this Attorney General has no interest in enforcement you need never worry about being caught.

And that also the reason the Rats are trying so desperately hard to advance the notion that it is really the Republicans that are engaging in vote fraud.

Robert Kennedy Jr. was on Cavuto earlier this week and just kept making that claim over and over and over. When Cavuto challenged him on that, he conceded that he supposed it might be theoretically possible that a RAT could be involved in voter fraud, and then went right back to his talking points again: that voter fraud is how Republicans win elections.

What a buffoon. Who better than a Kennedy to know how rigged elections are accomplished?

Politicization of the courts is a characteristic of a third world country.

As are gargantuan debts that will never be repaid.

I'm renewing mine online, with a debit card for payment.

The idea of having to use a passport for identification puzzles me.

I've never needed a passport... even though I traveled to Canada yearly. (I suppose it is true that soon everyone will need a passport to travel to Canada.)

I moved 18 months ago. I went to the local voter registration office. I was handed a form and told I could fill it out at home and mail it in.

I asked if he wanted to see ID. The reply was an emphatic, "NO!" I chose to drop off the form. I asked the same question and received the same answer.

When I went to vote that November, I had my license out to prove I was who I said I was. The folks at the table freaked out, yelling at me to put it away, they did not want to see it. I informed them that I had just moved there 5 months ago and they have no idea who I am. I put my ID away before one of them had a stroke.

The following May we had our local elections. I was wearing a t-shirt for one of the candidates. I was told I could NOT VOTE with that t-shirt on. There was no one else in there at the time and I raised such a fuss, they finally "allowed" me to vote with said t-shirt still on.

Our elections have become almost as fraudulent as Cuba, Venezuela, Iran and Saddam's Iraq.

The fraud has been going on a long time.

Too true. All of those requirements are for law abiding US citizens. If you are an illegal or a plant to assure voter fraud, you need not comply.

Well..............You generally are stuck with them, but there is one way that has some historical use.

Congress would be required to defund the entire 9th circus, and this would render them helpless, unless they decided to work without pay.
