This is a damned outrage. This is our country, not the 9th Circuit's. For almost 69 years I have played by the rules, spent 12 of those years in the military. I have had legal credentials all of my life, and have had to show them at the polling place many times. Traveling outside to this country I have had to have proper documentation as to who I am. I have not once objected to those rules. They were put in place to protect us from fraud. Now this court is begging for fraud, and telling those of us who have obeyed the laws of this land that we are suckers, who have no right to expect to keep what we have worked for all of our lives.

Screw them. Hopefully this nonsense will stop, but not with Pelosi, Reid and gang. They hunger for illegal votes coming their way, and their lapdog court continues to oblige them.

I moved 18 months ago. I went to the local voter registration office. I was handed a form and told I could fill it out at home and mail it in.

I asked if he wanted to see ID. The reply was an emphatic, "NO!" I chose to drop off the form. I asked the same question and received the same answer.

When I went to vote that November, I had my license out to prove I was who I said I was. The folks at the table freaked out, yelling at me to put it away, they did not want to see it. I informed them that I had just moved there 5 months ago and they have no idea who I am. I put my ID away before one of them had a stroke.

The following May we had our local elections. I was wearing a t-shirt for one of the candidates. I was told I could NOT VOTE with that t-shirt on. There was no one else in there at the time and I raised such a fuss, they finally "allowed" me to vote with said t-shirt still on.

Our elections have become almost as fraudulent as Cuba, Venezuela, Iran and Saddam's Iraq.

The fraud has been going on a long time.

What if a future dem Congress and President were to one day say that the ONLY acceptable form of voter ID was a chip implanted under your skin. Said chip would provide a DNA summary and all medical records, name, address, all financial/account info etc.

Would everyone then be opposed to a 9th circus ruling such as this one?

E. Freedom of religion

Which of these is not a basic gun-safety rule?

A. Always treat every gun as if it were loaded.
B. Never point a gun at anything you're not willing to destroy.
C. Keep your finger off the trigger until you're ready to shoot.
D. Learn to rely on the mechanical safety of your gun.
E. Always be sure of your target and what's beyond it.

Which of these is an arrogant jerk with a fat backside?

A. John Murtha
B. Ted Kennedy

That is right. This 9th circuit is completely Orwellian. Under the guise of protecting the civil right to vote they are diluting the franchise by allowing fraudulent votes to undermine the will of the legitimate voters.

There needs to be a federal law. And imho there needs to be a federal mandate to wipe the slates clean and force everyone to re-register, with proof of citizenship and residence, while providing funding to help the states and counties do it.
