Goddard knows Nappy has lost her mind as well as many others. He has never stood against these fools before to the point of doing anything that matters. Will he this time? Goddard IS NOT a couple cards short of a full deck, so he needs to do the right thing and stop pandering to his pathetic party leader. Show some spine, Goddard...

They say that voter 'disenfranchisement' occurs if someone who should be able to vote doesn't get to. How do we get them to understand that if 1 person who shouldn't be able to vote does get to, a legal voter has been robbed of their vote...

This war has been underway since immediately after WWII. (though pro-socialist elities began their work in the 20's.)

Here's an example from the 1860s. Frankly, it started before the ink was dry on the Constitution.

Saw your tagline. (The Democratic Party will not exist in a few years....we are watching history unfold before us.) Agree, but I believe the name will continue while (and after) it further secures its roots in Socialism. Otherwise, it would lose the socialist party the votes of the people who mindlessly pull the "D" lever at the polls.

Of course. Without illegal votes for democrats, even California might go Conservative. Allowing citizenship ID and a validation of legal voting would be suicide for the democrat party.

Yes, my first and only voter ID (nonsecure, no photo, paper) was issued in 1971 by Nassau County, NY on my 21st birthday.

For free.

I think these documents, whatever they are, have to be free.

I understand that another court can be created and divide the geography into that other court. Their territory is too large anywho.

Voters should not only have to show ID, they should also be able to answer correctly basic questions about government and practical matters if they want to participate in the governing system. Like these.

Which of these is not part of the First Amendment?

A. Freedom of speech
B. Freedom of assembly
C. Freedom from being offended
D. Freedom of the press
E. Freedom of religion

Which of these is not a basic gun-safety rule?

A. Always treat every gun as if it were loaded.
B. Never point a gun at anything you're not willing to destroy.
C. Keep your finger off the trigger until you're ready to shoot.
D. Learn to rely on the mechanical safety of your gun.
E. Always be sure of your target and what's beyond it.

Which of these is an arrogant jerk with a fat backside?

A. John Murtha
B. Ted Kennedy
C. Rosie O'Donnell
D. Michael Moore
E. All of the above

Add more if you have them!

Will a gravestone rubbing count as identification? In Chicago, we never deny a person their right to vote just because they have passed on.

"This is a damned outrage. This is our country, not the 9th Circuit's. For almost 69 years I have played by the rules, spent 12 of those years in the military. I have had legal credentials all of my life, and have had to show them at the polling place many times. Traveling outside to this country I have had to have proper documentation as to who I am. I have not once objected to those rules. They were put in place to protect us from fraud. Now this court is begging for fraud, and telling those of us who have obeyed the laws of this land that we are suckers, who have no right to expect to keep what we have worked for all of our lives. "

Worth repeating!

How do we get the 9th Circuit judges OFF the bench?

You keep control of the presidency and US senate and you wait for them to die.

I live in Arizona. Voter fraud was probably what elected Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano in 2002. She won by 1%.

She was against this ID requirement from the beginning, but tried not to speak of it, even though the voters were for it. Now that the court struck it down, there's no chance we can have it looked at before the election by SCOTUS.

AND let me tell you what. Democrat Attorney General Terry Goddard is a tool. He likes the decision by the 9th circus. He's just going to do an appeal as cover agianst the voters of AZ. He knows if he doesn't, he's toast.

Watch him take his sweet as* time on the appeal too.

I'm so sick of these liberals I can't even see straight.

Meanwhile, here in NJ when I go to renew my driver's license next month, I have been informed that I will need to present MORE identification than just my expiring license (which has my picture, signature, name and current address on it), the renewal form mailed to me (with my name and current address on it, and my current US Passport. These three together will not be sufficient to identify me. I will need one more document, and I will need to provide some additional different document as proof of my address.

Good.
