GayPatriot:STOP THE GAY STAFFER WITCHHUNT(Gays in Panic Over Foley Backlash!!)
GayPatriot ^ | 10/04/06 | GayPatriot

Posted on 10/04/2006 4:50:58 PM PDT by tcrlaf

Anyone and everyone — Republican or Democrat – who is involved in the effort on Capitol Hill to purge gay Republican staffers using “The List” needs to cease this outing witchhunt immediately.

Please call the Capitol Hill offices of House Speaker Hastert, Senate Majority Leader Frist as well as House Minority Leader Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid.

Demand that they issue a statement calling on all House and Senate Members and their staff to stop this outing campaign immediately.

This type of behavior is un-American. If the Human Rights Campaign, Log Cabin Republicans or the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force won’t stand up to this witchhunt atmosphere, then we sure will here.

HASTERT: 202-225-2976 PELOSI: 202-225-4965 FRIST: 202-224-3344 REID: 202-224-3524

Let the purge proceed! The Democrats are the party of the homosexual agenda, they brought forth this scandal, let them deal with the natural consequences. I don't give a hoot in hell, fire every last gay in Washington, DC since they proposition little boys.

Well, I tried to go to sleep but ended up turning the computer back on, just to come here and find this! When this thing first started, I said it was going to end up being a disaster for the gay community, and this is just the beginning.

"The DemoRats should really get some instruction on throwing grenades, they seem to be throwing the pins."

They took lessons from John F'ing Kerry. They were hoping to get a purple heart (votes) for throwing a grenade into a rice storage hut, but like Kerry, they were standing a little too close, and got some rice up their own butts.

I find nothing wrong with a purge. Consider what homosexuals are demanding access to! This is not just "a job"; this is about politcal power.

Does anyone have a list of all the homosexual/pedophiles (as Pelosi calls them) who are Democrats? If Pelosi demands a purge, then she should be looking in her own backyard first, and handing out resignation forms

There goes half of DU membership as well... Purge away Pelosi!! We'll end up with even more seats in both houses. Isn't John Kerry a closet homo? Patches Kennedy?

As I've said before, 12 and possibly 17 pitter-patters in Congress are Dems.

Why stop with gays? Are there no straight congressmen going after girl pages?

I do agree with those who say the page program has outlived -- by a long time -- its usefulness. There was probably justification for actual pages in pre-computer -- and pre-telephone -- days, but now?

Why? If a congressman is homosexual or hiring homosexuals, voters have a right to know, especially those that have moral objections to such behavior.

Stop’m Why? Hell I’m cheering them on. Time to purge these RINO’s out.

Secrets, Lies, and Atomic Spies,.....Or... Joe McCarthy was more right than he ever knew
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/622675/posts

A further connection is that McCarthy was a FDR Democrat. Switched parties when it was the best way to stay in office.

Note that the Senior British spies Philby McLean Burgess Blunt were all homosexuals. That Alger Hiss was a homosexual. The KGB used recruitment techniques many times on homosexuals because of their weaknesses.

And we want to keep them WHY?

An observation- for the first time, I have not heard a word about this scandal from my friends (at least the gay ones). I think the Dems don't know what they've started. It won't make gays necessarily vote Repub, but the fact I haven't heard anything is telling. Every other event, I hear about almost immediately. Not this one. This is dozens of intelligent, politically active gays. The Dems are huting themselves big time. PS - An 86 year old female coworker I spoke to today saw through the whole thing - she barely pays attention to the news, is Repub, but was up on this. Wasn't shocked or anything. I told her about the Dems being behind it etc, she agreed & wished the media would shut up about it.

I made a similar point on a thread a long time back. It was the homosexuals who gave the Bomb to the Red’s

The Rosenbergs got a raw deal on the A-bomb as compared to the others. They didn’t steal the A-bomb plans. One of the central figures who did steal the plans was Klaus Fuchs. And what did he get? He got to head his own lab!

Fuchs was part of the British team sent here to work on the bomb. And what university did he come from? Why the one were McLean & Burgess were at. Think maybe they had a hand in him getting on the team?

The reason the KGB would look for homos was not to blackmail them but to give them what they wanted. “ You want a little boy..No problem...Just give us the......”
Also they want the type of government the USSR had. Get in a office of power you can do what you want. Remember the leader of the Brownshirts was Rohm he and his top aids were homos

Why Do we keep them. Man I just want to go “Knock knock knock HELLO is anybody home? These people you want to appease will never vote for you” or there in on it.

Here is some material I found on the subject:

GayPatriot Goes Silent
March 28, 2005

GayPatriot, the anonymous gay Republican blogger, has officially signed off. In a statement, no explanation was given. With GayPatriot's permission, I am now able to recount the real story.

On Friday, GayPatriot posted "WANTED: GAY TERRORISTS" in which he identified gay activists and bloggers John Aravosis (Americablog) and Michael Rogers (BlogActive) as terrorists.

Wanted for crimes against the gay community. Wanted for repeatedly conducting outing witch hunts against gays who do not believe in radical liberal anti-American ideals. For repeated violations of privacy of gay Americans. For conducting systematic civil liberties attacks on gay Americans.

WANTED! Let's do something about these gay terrorists who have infected our community with their hatred and self-loathing bigotry of gay Americans who wish to live their lives in peace.
[WANTED: GAY TERRORISTS - GayPatriot - 03-25-05]

As many of you know, Rogers is the host and agent of a widely publicized "outing campaign" at BlogActive.com targeting closeted gay Republicans. One of the most notable results of this campaign was the dramatic retirement of a Republican Virginia Congressman, Ed Schrock. The most recent outing was that of Ken Mehlman, the new chairman of the Republican National Committee. Whatever you believe about the practice, it is difficult to ignore the political impact the campaign has had over the past year.

According to GayPatriot, who is also a client of mine, Michael Rogers called GayPatriot's place of employment on Friday immediately following the post above and spoke to GayPatriot's secretary and boss. GayPatriot had no idea Rogers would go to such measures and shared with me that both he and his secretary were very upset by the calls but that his boss was understanding.

Later on that day, Rogers personally called me and recounted much of the same account, adding that he had also called the police and is working with the authorities on the matter. Rogers expressed feeling threatened by the post and compared it to posts by anti-abortionists who posted the names of doctors performing them.

Rogers also said he asked GayPatriot to remove the post and replace it with a post about non-violence or he would launch a national boycott of GayPatriot's corporate employer and pursue any and all avenues necessary to protect himself. By the time Rogers had called, GayPatriot had already made the decision to remove the post and also remove GayPatriot from the blogosphere.

GayPatriot was silenced.

GayPatriotWest, a co-writer on the blog, will continue to bring a voice to conservative gay Republicans. While I personally have the opposite political ideology, I value healthy debate and the precious right of free speech in America. I am proud of serving a diversity of opinions online. I also understand that free speech isn't free of consequences. I am also sad to see this unfold.

As someone who has been the victim of passionate protests and death threats for public advocacy, I try not to question people's sense of concern for their safety. Rogers has every right to involve authorities in the matter and let them determine whether Rogers is in any danger. But I do question Rogers' choice to go beyond the work of authorities to ensure his safety by calling GayPatriot's place of employment.

If Rogers is genuinely concerned for his safety, any lawyer or authority investigating the matter would have advised him not to have called an alleged perpetrator's place of employment. That action alone shows the exact opposite of fear for safety. Rogers is not shy about calling offices, as the Washington Blade's Chris Crain noted the other day.

As the Blade reported last August, those on Capitol Hill in Rogers' crosshairs say they and their offices were subjected to as many as 20 phone calls a day, badgering office staff with details about closeted gays working there. Blade staffers are no strangers to these multiple, harassing phone calls. That's certainly not journalism, and it's not even activism. It's borderline stalking; and it ought to stop.
[GOP chief admits to being closeted - Washington Blade - 03-24-05]

Crain, the editor of the Window Media gay newspaper empire, is at the center of a controversy over allegedly thwarting his paper's reporting on recent outings of prominent gay Republicans.

Current and former staff members of the nation’s largest gay newspaper chain say the company’s top editor thwarted efforts to run a story reporting now-Republican National Committee Chairman Ken Mehlman was gay, RAW STORY has learned. The editor denies killing the story.

These staffers assert that the part-owner and chief editor for the company’s five newspapers including The Washington Blade, Chris Crain, refused to print an article regarding the sexual orientation of the then-campaign manager for President Bush’s reelection campaign.
[Staff: Editor of Washington gay paper thwarted story outing RNC chair Mehlman; Editor asserts he was offered Schrock tapes - RawStory - 03-25-05]

GayPatriot formed specifically in response to Rogers and his website and became a venue for criticism of outing Republicans. GayPatriot is currently in counsel with attorneys over this entire matter.

Now's a great time to embrace the "yuck" factor, and complain loudly about homosexuality.

Democrats can't say a word, and there's a lot of valid criticism which has been repressed for a LONG TIME, which needs to be said.

The more loudly the current issue becomes a gay-bashing fest, the quicker dems will back off. In the meantime, the Boy Scouts of America are looking like geniuses (which they are of course) for banning gays.

Once again leftwing partisan manipulation, has trumped a leftwing social movement. Foley could set back the "gay agenda" further than Clinton set back N.O.W.

YUCK. :)

IMO as long as dems are leading the attack, homosexuals won't get any support from homosexual rights groups. An analogy to this is the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal.Women's rights groups were for the most part silent when BC was exposed as a womanizer. Can you imagine the indignation if a republican president were caught in a similar incident?
