At the moment ALL of them must be held suspect in the commission of a crime.
Best bet is to arrange for an appropriate legal authority to get warrants for their arrest and haul them away to explain themselves.

So what? Their timing was exquisite. It hasnt been shown that any crime has been committed by Foley so when does it become the Democrats responsibility to keep a Republican from sinning no more. Foley screwed himself. His knowledge that this stuff was out there is probably why he withdrew from FL Senate race. He should have resigned then. I blame Foley not the Dems. Tell me that we wouldnt have waited til the last minute to dump the dirt on a Dem. There is a reason they call them October Surprises.
Rush says the next big "crap-dump" by the libs will be at 3pm EST this Friday....

-No sex actually took place
-Openly gay Congressmen are probably ACTUALLY HAVING gay sex daily in their offices right now (paging--hahaha--Barney Frank)

-Foley is no longer in Congress (HELLO, he has RESIGNED)
-This is just another example of the DNC's Culture of Conniption

-How many poor families are being helped by this story?
-Is harping on this story going to bring our troops home any sooner?
-Is any of this helping the people of New Orleans rebuild their lives?
Are these the same scum that were involved in the threatened "outing" of Brit Hume's son, for the one time college liason?

If you know crimes are being committed and you do nothing about it, you're guilty. Some of these parents should sue Foley AND these political creeps.
This whole thing just reinforces my beliefs. Always vote Republican because you can count on the media to expose any corruption AND the GOP will do something about it. If this had been about a Democrat... we wouldn't have heard a thing. Media blackout.
This formula ALWAYS works. Vote republican, so the media will do their job. (they'll even create stories to diminish republicans... but it serves to make republicans more honest)
