So can the US issue a "corresponding" action to Russia cutting off Georgia from civilization?

How do ABMs in Poland threaten Russian ICBMs that would fly over the North Pole to get here?
Or is it just typical Russian paranoia?

Isn't Russia still collecting US aid? They must feel that their best strategic defense is siding with the chicoms. It won't end well regardless.

"Require a 'corresponding' response from Moscow." Do what you can Vlad, no one here will ever mistake you as anything other than our enemy. The Russian empire is over, and it ain't coming back any time soon. You can bully Georgia and attempt to bully Poland, but they have your number. Keep on making nice to the islamofascists. Go ahead. Make my day.

Isn't this "new" strategy of KGB thugs making threats plain scary? Well, I don't know about you guys but sure I am scared ;) Unfortunatly I think that dealing with third party's problems so much Putie misses his Chinese classes.

Why do we help Poland build a nuclear reactor? And Georgia (the country, not the state) too!

""Such a new situation objectively requires corresponding measures from us," Kamynin said."
So? Go ahead. No ones stopping you.

The Soviet Union of Russia has been "warning" a lot of countries these past couple of weeks. And Czar Putin wonders why so many of his neighbors want to be part of NATO.

"Poland, once a close ally of Moscow" - is that what AFP calls it? They were under the Iron thumb of the USSR, but to the AFP, they were allies... Disgusting.

Well, as an American, I love being magnificently powerful. But I don't see any benefit to giving the Ruskies the big middle finger all up in their faces like this. After all, we can already hit anything anywhere. Why the blatant (and unproductive) provocation of Russia when it doesn't even increase our capabilities? Unless there is some secret advantage that is not apparent.

How many more threats will the White House ignore from dictator Putin, the arms merchant to the Axis of Evil.

Sigh. And we just let these bellicose imprecations pass by without any kind of appropriate Presidential response...(not that he has much credibility anymore with Pelosi wearing the pants in the Bush White House now..)
