When flight attendant Eva Buzek returned to Minneapolis from a trip to France, five taxi drivers refused to take her home from the airport. The reason? She had two bottles of wine in her suitcase -- and the drivers were Muslims, who don't drink and refuse to have alcohol in their taxis.

Umm, didn't some court tell a pharmacy, a private business, that they had to carry the morning after pill?
To: white trash redneck
I've been trying to figure out an effective response to this situation. I think that the best approach is to make a regulation that any cab with a Muslim driver who wants to discriminate against his fares should be clearly marked. And fares should have the right to refuse a so-marked cab at any time without explanation, with everyone (drivers and customers) fully informed of the rules. Then those of us who object to this nonsense can simply boycott the jihad jitneys, and let the marketplace decide. Imagine self-righteous Mohammed sitting at the head of the airport taxi-line with fare after fare laughing and pointing at him as they take their business to the infidel taxies who arrived to the queue after he did. Let Mo pull to the curb in a busy entertainment district on a hopping Saturday night and have the tipsy revelers wave him off and wait for a more ecumenical transportation experience. I'd bet ol' Mohahhed would get his turban straight soon enough after a bit of that.

Wow! If you wanted to be nasty you could leave things in the cab that might be offensive. Mabye even under the driver's seat. Pork chop anyone?

If it's red wine and the bottle breaks, the clothes in the case would be ruined. I'd put it in a bag by itself.

Or, just spread the word, and every fare can refuse the cab on the grounds that 'I have wine in my bag.'

Maybe, as a culture, this is what's wrong with these people. Of course, neither do Mormons. NEVER MIND.....

Exactly. If the things can get away with this, they can get away with refusing service to women with uncovered hair.
Wait till the things routinely refuse to stop for disabled people who use service dogs. Fjordman says that's already happening in his country. When the things offend against the ADA, they'll be slapped down entirely.
